We accept payments through UPI Aps, Credit Cards, Net banking, Wallets . We also provide facility of Cash On Delivery/COD for selected pin codes for order value up to 2999 INR, within in India.

Shipping Policy: 

 

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING within India on every product that you buy from our website. 

  • Mostly orders are delivered within 3 to 8 Working Days. Monday to Friday are considered as working days except for public holidays. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays, festive season or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but our full endeavor is to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. We deliver your orders through our esteemed national courier partners. During Festive season, there may be extended delivery timelines experienced for certain postal codes and for them delivery timelines could be higher then normal TAT..  

  • Once your order gets shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) of your parcel is sent to you via an email or sms. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.   • Our delivery partners will try two to three attempts to deliver your parcel and if unsuccessful, product will be returned to us. In these scenarios where order is either undeliverable or not picked up by customer within two or three attempts, here is what we follow -

  • Customer can get in touch with our care department and request to re-ship the order once again. In this case, we will reship the order and customer will bear the additional delivery charges for the same order.

  • Or else customer can request to close the order and we will deduct our original shipping cost incurred on the product and refund customer the money back to their original mode of payment. 

    • By any chance, If you find that our outer packaging has been tampered, please take the photos of the outer box/parcel and do give us a call on our phone support before accepting the parcel from courier partner. We will make sure you are assisted on priority at all times. Orders once shipped from our warehouse, cannot be cancelled. Please read our Replacement/Refunds/Cancellation policies for more details around this. International Orders shipping cost is calculated post packaging and therefore please feel free to write to us before placing any order to get best discounted pricing possible from our side.
