Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Disoo Fashions we firmly believe that our customers are of foremost importance to us and thus we ensure best of breed Quality of our products. To support our vision and to value our client relationship please refer our below mentioned customer friendly returns/cancellation policy:-

​

  • In a rare exceptional situation, if you received incorrect product other then what you ordered, then please let us know on our customer care phone or email within 72 hours (post delivery of product) and we will be more then happy to assist you with Return/Replacement or Refund as applicable.

​

  • Damage or dead on arrival product during courier transit or any sort of rare manufacturing  product defect, should be reported to us as soon as you receive the shipment or maximum within 72 hours of delivery of products. You could email or call us or WhatsApp us at our care helpline number. 

​

  • All our products are handcrafted and they are not cnc automated machine made products, one piece at a time is made and therefore a slight variation in colour, tone, shape or size may occur between different products. This shouldn't be considered as a defect and shall not be eligible for return or replacement. This is infact real beauty of pure handmade craft.

  • Any customized or custom designed product for your specific request cannot be returned or cancelled. Only exception is if you receive such product as damage during transit then please let us know as soon as you received the product within 72 hours and we will be happy to accept return/replacement of the product

  • If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at "care@disooshilp.com" or WhatsApp @ +91-8368014309, within 72 hours of product delivery with the following information :

    • ​​​Your Order number

    • Your Delivery address 

    • Specify the reason for the return in subject line with the necessary photos.

​

  • We will arrange pick up of product that you wish to return from your original delivery location however locations where we do not have reverse pick-up arrangements, we may request you to self-ship the product to us. In case you self Ship the product back to us, we will additionally bear the cost of the courier charges as well.  

​

  • Once your return claim is Accepted, Refunds will be processed within 48 Hours. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account.

  • We will not be able to entertain refunds/cancellation of product, if we’ve been provided an incorrect shipping address by customer or if there were 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping partners or else if the recipient refuses to receive the package. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. 

​

  • We would also request you that the product approved for return, should be kept unused along with original packaging and labels so that it is in the same condition as you received it. All you need to do is email us with few photographs of the products showing the problem and we will help you proceed with the claim request. 

​

  • Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. 

​

  • If you find that the packaging of parcel has been tampered, please do give us a call at that time. Please do take photos of the parcel for future reference and do not accept the item.

​

  • For International Orders placed on our website, we share all order or product related updates over email or WhatsApp or skype. This is to make sure that you get best product delivered to your doorstep, however we do not provide any refunds or returns or cancellations, post an order is placed by customer. Please feel free to write to us for any order related queries prior to placing an order.   


Cancellation Policy -
In case you wish to cancel the order that you have recently booked - We let you do that within 48 hours from your booking time, provided the order has not been marked shipped/dispatched from the warehouse. For this we would suggest you call us and let us know about it or else feel free to email us. This applies to only domestic India Orders.  In above mentioned scenario, for prepaid orders, we will refund your payment to your original mode of transaction.
